Nearby Tara Hill offers amazing views and is a rewarding walk, whilst Raven Point is a Wildlife park and an easy walk – see www.walkingroutes.ie

Camolin Woods is one of the Millennium forests and is also a lovely family friendly trail – www.millenniumforests.com.   A popular walk for the more experienced walker is An Sli Charman, the Wexford Coastal Path, which was established in 1993 by Wexford County Council.

An Sli (Gaeilge for ‘The path’) extends for 221 kilometres from Kilmichael point in the North East corner of County Wexford to Ballyhack, a picturesque village in the South West.
